🧪 How to Prepare Agar

Measure 2 g of agar.

Add the agar to boiling water (200 ml).

Boil for about 1 minute while stirring continuously.

Pour the hot agar into:

a Petri dish,

a maze,

or a culture container,
creating a layer approximately 0.5 cm thick.

Place it in the refrigerator.

Wait until the agar has completely solidified.
Once solid, the culture medium is ready to use.
