How does shipping work?

Shipping at our store works a little differently than in typical shops – you don't select a pickup point automatically during checkout. Instead, we ask you to send us your pickup point number after placing your order. Here's everything you need to know. Its really simple!

How does it work?

  1. Place your order in the store and complete payment.
  2. Find your InPost Parcel Locker using the search tool below.
  3. Send us your parcel locker number (e.g. WAW123M) via SMS or the store chat.
  4. We manually create the shipment to your address and chosen locker – you'll receive a notification when your parcel is ready for collection.

🌍 Europe – DPD Pickup Point

How does it work?

  1. Place your order in the store and complete payment.
  2. Find your nearest DPD Pickup Point on Google Maps using the link below.
  3. Send us your DPD Pickup Point (Only pickup point, not automatics) number/name via SMS or the store chat.
  4. We manually create the shipment to your address and chosen point – you'll receive a tracking number notification.

  • SMS – the number can be found in your order confirmation

As soon as possible after payment – this will speed up the fulfilment process.

How long does shipping take?
Once we receive your pickup point number, we create the shipment usually within 1 business day. Delivery time depends on the carrier (InPost: 1–2 business days, DPD: 2–7 business days depending on the country).
