Shipping Methods
All orders within Poland are shipped via InPost Parcel Lockers. International orders are shipped via DPD.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are added to the total order value and are displayed during checkout. The customer pays for shipping according to the current shipping rates.
Parcel Locker Selection
To complete your shipment, we require the destination parcel locker code.
You can provide your parcel locker code by:

Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 14 business days after payment has been received and the parcel locker code has been provided.
Delivery Delays
Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, unforeseen circumstances, system failures, or other events beyond our control.
Receiving Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Parcel collection is subject to the terms and conditions of InPost or DPD, depending on the selected shipping method.
